NOTICE:

No appearance is required under the following conditions:

The previously imposed sanctions of $150.00 against Nathaniel Potratz on 1/31/2008, for failure to file a Case Management Statement in a timely manner in accordance with Local Rule 11.055 (CMP) have not been paid and must be paid immediately.

Counsel is ordered to present to the courtroom clerk a receipt showing payment no later than 8:30 a.m. on the day of hearing.

If the $150.00 sanction previously imposed are not paid and proof shown by 8:30 a.m., an additional $200.00 sanction will be ordered.
