The Hon. Theresa J. Canepa is a judge of the Superior Court of Contra Costa County, California. Former California Governor Gray Davis appointed her as the Superior Court Judge in May 2002.
Judge Canepa earned her B.A. in English from the University of California, Davis in 1972. She later earned her J.D. from the University of Santa Clara in 1978.
The judge is a member of several Bay Area federations including Monica’s Catholic Church, Fratellanza Club, Italian Catholic Federation, and Galileo Club.
