Biography

The Hon. Samuel K. Feng is a judge for the Superior Court of San Francisco County in California. He was appointed by former governor Arnold Schwarzenegger on September 1, 2009, filling a vacancy created by the conversion of a court commissioner position.

Feng earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California. He then received a J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.

Prior to his appointment to the bench, Feng served as house counsel for the California Automobile Association. He also worked as a partner at Feng and Lee, a law firm specializing in insurance, bad faith, personal injury, employment discrimination, real property, and contract cases.

He is registered as a Republican.
