Biography

The Hon. Patrick H. Donahue is a judge for the Superior Court of Orange County in California. He was appointed by former governor Gray Davis on July 3, 2000, filling a vacancy created by the passing of Judge Robert H. Keefe.

Donahue earned a B.A. from Northeastern University. He then completed a J.D. from Loyola Marymount University.

Donahue began his legal career as a Deputy District Attorney in the Office of the District Attorney of Orange County. He served five years in the Homicide Unit, eventually becoming a Senior Assistant District Attorney.

Donahue was a resident of Tustin, California at the time of his appointment to the Superior Court of Orange County.
