Biography

The Hon. Noël Wise is a judge of the Superior Court of Alameda County in California. She was appointed by Governor Jerry Brown (D) on November 12, 2014. Wise was elected in 2016. She ran unopposed and did not appear on the ballot. Wise received a B.S. from the University of Nevada, a J.D. from Nova Southeastern University, and a master's degree in law from Stanford Law School.
