The Hon. Lisa K. Sepe-Wiesenfeld is a judge for the Los Angeles County Superior Court in California. She was appointed to the bench by former governor Jerry Brown on July 16, 2015.
She is a registered Democrat.
Judge Sepe-Wiesenfeld received her B.A. from the University of Californa, Los Angeles and went on to earn her J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1985.
After graduating from law school, Sepe-Wiesenfeld became a senior associate for the law firm of Haight, Brown, and Bonesteel in 1986. After 11 years with the firm, she joined Bristol Wests' Coast National Insurance Company in 1997 as a national managing attorney. In 2008 she joined Farmer's Insurance Group and in 2015 was named a managing attorney for the group.
She has served as a speaker for the Italian American Lawyers Associations' 2018 So You Want To Be A Judge event.
