The Hon. Kenneth J. Fernandez is a judge on the Superior Court of Riverside County in California. He was appointed by former governor Jerry Brown on October 11, 2018.

As a comissioner he was assigned to misdemeanors, traffic, drug court, small claims, and dependency court.

Fernandez has a wife who has a master's in physical therapy. They have two children. They spend their spare time scouting, participating in youth group activities including sports and dance.
