The Hon. John P. Bianco is a judge for the Tulare County Superior Court in California. He was appointed to the bench by former Governor Jerry Brown in 2016. He filled the vacancy created by the retirement of the Hon. Darryl B. Ferguson (Ret.).
He is a registered Republican.
Judge Bianco received his B.B.A. from Santa Clara University. He went on to earn his J.D. from Whittier Law School in 1994.
After graduating law school, Bianco entered into private practice, opening his own law firm in 1994. He would remain in solo practice until his appointment to the Superior Court in 2016.
His memberships have included the Tulare County Bar Association, the Tulare County Trial Lawyers Association, the Central California Bankruptcy Association, the California Public Defenders Association, and the State Bar of California.
