Biography

The Hon. Jacqueline M. Stern is a judge for the Superior Court of San Diego County in California. She was appointed to the bench by former governor Pete Wilson in 1998.

She earned a bachelor’s degree from Wayne State University in 1968. She then received a J.D. from California Western University in 1982.

Prior to her appointment to the bench, Stern served as a deputy county counsel for the Office of County Counsel of San Diego County.
