The Hon. Glenn R. Salter is a judge for the Superior Court of Orange County in California. He was appointed by former governor Arnold Schwarzenegger in April 2010, filling a vacancy created after a court commissioner position was converted to a judgeship.
Salter received a B.A. from the University of Redlands. He continued his studies, earning an M.A. from California State University, Long Beach and a J.D. from Loyola Law School.
Salter served as Deputy County Counsel for the County of Riverside as well as a Research Attorney for the Superior Court of Orange County and a Senior Research Appellate Attorney for the California Fourth District Court of Appeal.
At the time of his appointment to the Superior Court of Orange County, Salter was a resident of Fullerton, California.
He is registered to vote as a Republican.
