Biography

The Hon. Eric P. Harmon is a judge for the Los Angeles County Superior Court. He was elected to the bench in 2012.

Judge Harmon earned his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in 1998.

Harmon worked as a deputy district attorney for the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office starting in 1999. During his time at the D.A.'s Office, he worked in the Hardcore Gang Division, as well as the Major Crimes Division. Prior to joining the D.A.'s Office, Judge Harmon served as a clerk for a federal magistrate after graduating law school.

Judge Harmon's wife is a UT law school graduate and movie producer.
