Biography

The Hon. Debra Cole-Hall is a judge for the Los Angeles County Superior Court in California. She succeeded Francis J. Hourigan in her appointment to the bench by former governor Arnold Schwarzenegger in 2008.

She is a registered Democrat.

Judge Cole-Hall received her B.A. from the University of California, San Diego. She went on to earn her J.D. from the University of California Hastings College of the Law.

Prior to her appointment to the Superior Court, she joined the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office in 1988 as a deputy district attorney.
