Biography

The Hon. Curtis M. Fiorini is a judge for the Sacramento County Superior Court in California. He was appointed to the bench in 2010 by former governor Arnold Schwarzenegger.

He is a registered Republican.

Judge Fiorini graduated with his B.S. from California State University, Stanislaus. He went on to earn his J.D. from California Western School of Law.

During his legal career, Fiorini would vacillate between private practice and working as a deputy district attorney.

He would begin his legal career in private practice before joining the Stanislaus County District Attorney's Office as a deputy, where he worked for one year beginning in 1997. He then joined the Sacramento County District Attorney's Office in 2001, after another stint in private practice. He would remain with the Sacramento County D.A.'s office until his appointment to the Superior Court in 2010.

He has also taught evidence as an instructor at Lincoln Law School since 2011.

During his time on the bench, he has presided over a trials and criminal writs calendar.
