Biography

The Hon. Brian C. Yep is a judge for the Los Angeles County Superior Court in California. He was appointed to the bench in 2003 by former governor Gray Davis. He filled the vacancy created by the retirement of Raymond Mireles.

Judge Yep received his bachelor's degree from the University of Southern California and went on to earn his J.D. from UC Davis School of Law.

Prior to his appointment to the Superior Court, Yep was a partner at the law firm of Walsh, Delaney, and Yep. He had also served as a hearing officer for the Antelope Valley Air Quality Management District, as well as a judge pro tem, mediator and arbitrator for the Los Angeles Superior Court.

During his time on the bench, Judge Yep served as a presiding judge for the Lancaster Court.
