The Hon. Armando G. Cuellar, Jr. is a judge for the Alameda County Superior Court in California. He was appointed to the bench in 2010 by former governor Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Judge Cuellar received his B.S. from Trinity College. He went on to earn his J.D. from John F. Kennedy University School of Law.

After law school, Cuellar worked briefly as an attorney for the Office of the General Regional Attorney in 1984, before becoming a deputy district attorney for the Alameda County District Attorney's Office in 1985. He would remain in that capacity until his appointment to the Superior Court in 2010.
