Biography

The Hon. Arlan L. Harrell is a judge on the Superior Court of Fresno County in California. He was appointed in May 2006 to succeed Brad Hill.

Judge Arlan is very close to the Hon. Alvin M. Harrell, his brother who is also a judge at the Superior Court of Fresno County. Their mother used to dress them like twins. Even now a lot of people still get them mixed up. Judge Alvin was sworn in by Judge Arlan when the former was enrobed in 2007.
