Biography

The Hon. Anne Harwood Egerton is a judge on the Second District, Division Three of the California Courts of Appeal. She was appointed to the court by Democratic Governor Jerry Brown in 2017, to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of former Justice Patti Kitching.

She was previously a judge for the Superior Court of Los Angeles County in California.

Egerton received her B.A. from Occidental College and her J.D. from Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California, Berkeley.
