The Hon. Timothy L. Cardwell is a judge for the Probate and Juvenile Division of the Huron County Court of Common Pleas in Ohio. He was elected to the bench on November 5, 2002.
Cardwell earned a bachelor’s degree from Allegheny College in 1989. He then completed a J.D. at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 1992.
After graduating from law school, Cardwell entered into private practice. He worked in that capacity until his election to the bench.
A resident of Norwalk, Ohio, Cardwell is married with two children.
He is registered as a Republican.
