Biography

The Hon. Thomas N. Davis, Jr. (Ret.) served as a judge for the Gwinnett County Superior Court in Georgia. Davis was appointed to the bench by former Governor Sonny Perdue on December 29, 2005. He retired at the conclusion of his term in 2018.


Prior to his appointment, Davis was an assistant district attorney for the Gwinnett County District Attorney’s Office.


Davis earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia. He then completed a J.D. at the University of Georgia School of Law in 1978. He was admitted to practice in Georgia in 1978.
