The Hon. Theodore M. Weathers is a judge for the Superior Court of San Diego County in California. He was appointed to the bench by former governor Gray Davis in 2003, filling a vacancy created by the retirement of the Hon. Lawrence Stirling.

Weathers began his legal career in New York City, where he served as an assistant district attorney in the Office of the District Attorney of Bronx County from 1981 to 1985. Ten years later, he was selected to serve as a court commissioner for the Superior Court of San Diego County. He held this position until his appointment to the bench, presiding over misdemeanor, traffic, small claims, unlawful detainer, and short cause civil cases.
