The Hon. Tamara E. Hall is a judge for the Los Angeles County Superior Court in California. She was appointed to the bench by former Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger in 2010. She filled the vacancy created by the elevation of the Hon. Elizabeth A. Grimes to the Court of Appeals.
She is a registered Democrat.
Judge Hall received her bachelor's degree from the University of Southern California in 1993. She went on to earn her J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law in 1997.
She served as a deputy district attorney for the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office for 11 years starting in 1999. Hall also taught trial advocacy as an adjunct law professor at Southwestern Law School beginning in 2008.
