The Hon. Scott D. Keller (Ret.) served as a judge for the Berks County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania. Keller was appointed to the bench by former Governor Bob Casey in 1989. He retired on January 31, 2016.
Keller sat as President Judge of the Berks County Court of Common Pleas from 1997 to 2000.
Prior to his appointment, Keller was the county solicitor for the Berks County Office of the County Solicitor (1988 to 1989) as well as a family court master for the Berks County Court of Common Pleas (1980 to 1988). He was also a sole practitioner in his own private practice and an associate at Cottom, Hoffert & Gring in Reading.
Keller earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Albright College in 1972. He then completed a J.D. at American University Washington College of Law in 1975.
He is registered as a Republican.
