Biography

The Hon. Sandra Peake is a judge of the Two Hundred Fifty-Seventh Family Court in Harris County, Texas. She took the judgeship on January 1, 2019, and her term ends in 2022. Peake took the place of Judge Judy Warne, who was retiring. She was also a 2014 judicial candidate.
The major areas of her experience in private practice were family law, wills, probate, and consumer bankruptcy.
Peake was raised in Minnesota. She moved to Harris County over 40 years ago.
She is a Democrat.
