Hon. Ronald F. Frazier is a judge for the Superior Court of San Diego County in California. He was appointed by former governor Arnold Schwarzenegger on January 22, 2009, filling a vacancy created by the resignation of Judge Michael M. Anello.

Frazier earned a B.A. from California State University, Fullerton in 1977. He then received a J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1982.

Frazier began his legal career in 1982. He worked as an associate for Jones & Mullen until 1985, when he joined Mullen, Dofflemyre & Frazier as a shareholder. Then, in 1989, he served as shareholder and director for Shifflet, Walters, Kane & Konoske, a position he held until he became a partner for Walters, Frazier, Caietti, Rutan & Lopez in 1998. From 2000 to 2009, Frazier worked as an attorney in his own private practice, where he specialized in mediation, arbitration, and serious personal-injury cases. At this time, he also served as counsel for Dietz, Gilmore & Associates.

Frazier is a former president and director of the San Diego Inn of Court.

He is registered to vote as a Democrat.
