Biography

The Hon. Robert Harper is a judge for the Taylor County Court at Law No. 1 in Texas. He was initially elected to the bench in 2004.
Prior to his election, Harper served as an assistant district attorney in the Office of the Taylor County District Attorney.
Harper earned a J.D. at Texas Tech University School of Law in 1992.
