Biography

Hon. Rick A. Williams (Ret.) is a senior judge for the Mifflin County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania. He was elected to the seat in 2005. Williams retired in October 2013 and subsequently assumed senior status.

Prior to his position on the Court of Common Pleas, he presided for several years as a judge for the Mifflin County Magisterial District Court beginning in 1981.

Williams received a B.A. from Washington & Jefferson College in 1973. He went on to complete a J.D. at Cornell Law School in 1976.

His memberships have included the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Mifflin County Bar Association.

Williams is registered as a Democrat.
