The Hon. Randall F. Pacheco is a judge for the Los Angeles County Superior Court in California. He was appointed to the bench in July of 2009 by former governor Arnold Schwarzenegger.

He is a registered Democrat.

Judge Pacheco received his bachelor's degree from the University of California, Riverside. He went on to earn his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 1978.

After graduating from law school, Pacheco joined the law firm of Newman, Chrisman, and Faith where he practiced from 1978 to 1981.

He joined the Orange County Public Defender's Office that same year as a deputy public defender. After 10 years with the P.D.'s office, Pacheco became the head of the legal department for the Children's Law Center of California (CLC). The CLC was established in 1990 by the Superior Court to serve as counsel for abused, neglected or abandoned children within the Los Angeles, Sacramento, and Placer counties. He remained with the CLC until becoming a Los Angeles County Superior Court commissioner in 2001. He was serving in that capacity at the time of his appointment to the bench in 2009.
