Biography

The Hon. Pamela C. Sirmon is a judge for the 320th District Court in Potter County, Texas. Sirmon initially joined the bench as a judge for the Potter County Court at Law No. 2 in 1999. She was subsequently elevated to the 320th District Court, a position to which she was elected in 2018.
Prior to her election, Sirmon worked as an assistant district attorney as well as an attorney in private practice. Over the course of her legal career, she specialized in family and criminal matters.
Sirmon earned a B.S. and an M.Ag. from Texas Tech University. Then, in 1989, she completed a J.D. at the Texas Tech University School of Law.
Her memberships have included the Amarillo Area Foundation Board, the Texas Tech Amarillo Health Science Center Advisory Board, the Potter County Indigent Defenders Office Committee, and the City of Amarillo East Gateway TIRZ 2 Committee. She has also served on the board of the Golden Spread Boy Scouts of America, the Wesley Community Center, the High Plains Food Bank, Amarillo Republican Women, and Amarillo Area Young Lawyers.
She is registered as a Republican.
