Biography

The Hon. Nancy A. Leo is a judge for the Stanislaus County Superior Court in California. She was originally elected to the Stanislaus County Municipal Court in 1996 and was subsequently elevated to the Superior Court in 1998.

Leo received her B.S. from California State University, Northridge in 1981. She went on to earn her J.D. from Santa Barbara College of Law in 1990.

While on the bench, Leo has presided in the Criminal Department.
