The Honorable Mildred Escobedo

Los Angeles Superior Court, Department 126

The Hon. Mildred Escobedo is a judge for the Los Angeles County Superior Court in California. She was elected to the bench in the November 2004 election. She filled the vacancy caused by the retirement of the Hon. Marcus O. Tucker, Jr. (Ret.).

She began her legal studies at the University of San Francisco Law School and continued them Whittier Law School, where she graduated with her J.D. in 1989.

While in law school, Escobedo began a clerkship with the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office as a part of the Certified Law Clerk Program.
