Biography

The Hon. Michael S. McCartin is a judge for the Superior Court of Orange County in California.

He earned a B.A. from the University of Redlands. He then received a J.D. from Pepperdine University.

He is the son of the Hon. Donald McCartin, a former judge for the Superior Court of Orange County. The Hon. Donald McCartin dubbed himself 'the hanging judge of Orange County', for he had sentenced more killers to death than any other local jurist.
