The Hon. Keith H. Fudenna (Ret.) was a judge for the Alameda County Superior Court in California. He was originally appointed to the Alameda Municipal Court in 1997 by former governor Pete Wilson. He was subsequently elevated to the Superior Court in 1998. At the time of his appointment, Fudenna was the first Asian American judge to serve on the Freemon-Newark-Union City Municipal Court. The Hon. Victor A. Rodriguez filled the vacancy created by his retirement in 2017.

Fudenna graduated with his B.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of California, Berkeley in 1971. He went on to earn his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 1974.

Prior to being appointed to the Municipal Court, Fudenna was serving as a court commissioner. He also worked as a deputy district attorney for the Alameda County District Attorney's Office from 1975 to 1980.

While on the bench, Fudenna presided over traffic, misdemeanor, and family law calendars, and also served as a Probate Court Judge at the Freemont Hall of Justice.
