Hon. Gordon R. Miller (Ret.) was a judge for the Crawford County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania. He was elected to the bench in 1989 and was retained to the seat in 1999. Miller retired on July 6, 2009.
His judicial tenure spanned twenty years, during which time, he served as the president judge in Crawford County.
He received a bachelor’s degree from Allegheny College in 1962. Miller went on to complete a J.D. at Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 1966.
Prior to his judicial career, he had worked as a private practice attorney in Meadville since finishing law school. His areas of practice included insurance, school, small business, estates and real estate law.
Miller graduated from Meadville Area Senior High School. He and his wife, Kathy, a retired school nurse, have one son.
