Biography

The Hon. Gordon G. Adams is a judge for the 169th District Court in Bell County, Texas. He was appointed to the bench by former Governor George W. Bush in 2000, filling a vacancy created by the passing of the Hon. Oliver Kelley (deceased).
Prior to his appointment, Adams worked as an attorney in private practice. He also served as the Title IV-D Court Master of the Third Administrative Judicial Region.
Adams earned a B.S.Ed. from Southwest Texas State University in 1973. Then, in 1975, he completed a J.D. at the University of Texas at Austin School of Law.
He is registered as a Republican.
