The Hon. Daniel D. Diskey is a judge for the 6th Judicial Circuit Court. He was elected to the bench in 2000.
The 6th Judicial Circuit encompasses Pasco County and Pinellas County. Diskey has held assignments in Pasco County, presiding over cases in the Family Division and the Appellate Division.
Prior to his election, Diskey worked as an attorney in private practice. He specialized in criminal defense matters.
Diskey received a B.S. from Indiana University in 1979. He went on to earn a J.D. from the University of Akron School of Law in 1982.
