The Hon. Christopher S. Pallone is a judge for the Superior Court of San Bernardino County in California. He was appointed to the bench by former governor Jerry Brown on October 29, 2018, filling a vacancy created by the passing of the Hon. Victor Stull (deceased).
Pallone earned a B.A. from the University of California, Irvine. He then completed a J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.
He began his legal career as a legal research assistant at the Office of the Public Defender of Sacramento County in 2003. The following year, he joined the Office of the Public Defender of Yuba County, where he served as a deputy public defender for the next four years. Then, in 2008, he moved to the Office of the District Attorney of Siskiyou County. He served as a deputy district attorney until 2012, eventually leaving to return to the Office of the Public Defender of Yuba County. After another four years, Pallone relocated once again, this time to the Office of the Public Defender of San Bernardino County. He served there as a deputy public defender until his appointment to the bench.
Pallone was a resident of Victorville, California at the time of his appointment.
He is registered as a Democrat.
