Biography

The Hon. Christopher A. Pelosi is a judge for the Litchfield Judicial District Superior Court in Connecticut. He was appointed to the bench by Governor Ned Lamont on February 17, 2021.


Prior to his appointment, Pelosi was a Senior Assistant State’s Attorney for the Office of the Hartford Judicial District State's Attorney. He joined the office in 1999, handling serious felony cases from arraignment to disposition.


Pelosi earned a bachelor’s degree from Assumption College. He spent the next few years working as a probation officer in the Danbury and Waterbury Judicial Districts before completing a J.D. at Quinnipiac University School of Law.


He was a resident of Berlin, Connecticut, at the time of his appointment.
