The Hon. Cesar Garcia is a judge for the Bexar County Court at Law No. 10 in Texas. He was elected to the bench on November 8, 2022.
Garcia earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Texas at Austin in 2001. He then completed an M.B.A. at Texas State University at San Marcos (2003) and a J.D. at St. Mary's University School of Law (2006).
After graduating from law school, Garcia entered into private practice. He started as a personal injury attorney at Wayne Wright. Then, in 2011, he opened the Law Office of Cesar Garcia.
His memberships have included the Board of the Rape Crisis Center. He has also been involved with the Bexar County Dispute Resolution Center.
He is registered as a Democrat.
