The Hon. C. Mac Norton is a judge for the 11th West Judicial Circuit Court in Arkansas. He was elected to the bench in 2020.
The 11th West Judicial Circuit includes Jefferson County and Lincoln County.
Norton earned a bachelor’s degree from Hendrix College. He then completed a J.D. at the University of Arkansas School of Law.
He is admitted to practice in Arkansas (1978), the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
