The Hon. Billy K. Sipe is a commissioner for the Mohave County Superior Court in Arizona. He was appointed to the bench by the Hon. Charles Gurtler on December 4, 2014.
Sipe presides over adult felony cases and order of protection hearings.
Prior to his appointment, Sipe worked as an attorney in private practice, specializing in criminal law matters. He is a Certified Criminal Law Specialist by the State Bar of Arizona.
Sipe earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Northern Arizona University in 1985. He then completed a J.D. at the University of Puget Sound Law School in 1988.
Born and raised in Kingman, Arizona, Sipe enjoys long distance running when not presiding over legal matters.
