The Hon. Abraham Khan is a judge for the Los Angeles County Superior Court in California. He was originally appointed to the Citrus Municipal Court in 1988 by former Governor George Deukmejian.

Judge Khan's judicial career was not typical. He was unseated as the incumbent during the 1992 election. The outcome it was speculated was due to his foreign-sounding name. Khan re-joined the court as a court commissioner and would then subsequently be re-elected to the Los Angeles Municipal Court in 1992. Judge Khan was then elevated to the Superior Court as a result of the court's unification in 2000.

Judge Khan received his J.D. from Southwestern Law School, Los Angeles in 1977.

Prior to being appointed to the Municipal Court, Khan served as a public defender for the Los Angeles County Public Defender's Office. He joined the P.D.'s office after serving as a deputy city attorney for the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office. Prior to that, Khan was a deputy district attorney for two years.

Judge Khan and his wife Rosalinda established a scholarship at his alma mater, Southwestern Law School, that provides women and minority students financial assistance to continue their education.
