undersigned has probablecauseto believe the above-named defendant
on the 02 of March 2022
20:13 at PARRAMORE AVE/ CHURCH
at S ST (Zone: f5 ) in Orange County did
At approximately 1755 hums, 1,()Meer J. Curvki.s(66054), and Officer Ezekiel DeVoss (35878), were patrollingthe area of South Parratoure
Avenue and West Church Street(Orlando, Orange County, Florida)when I observed a black male (identified
as Kelly Gooden) standing with
a can with a bag over it (usuallyan alcoholicbeverage). Upon sightof law enforcement, Gooden placed the can down. Upon stopping and
speaking with the male, I confirmed the canned beverage was an alcoholic beverage. The subjectwas placed under arrestfor city ordinance
violation 33.06.
A probable cause search wa.s conducted, and I retrieveda glasspipe approximately 3.5inches long with brillopad shoved in one end inside
of his pocket. The glass pipe appeared to have smoke residue.Based on rny trainingand experience,1 identifiedthe elasspipe as a "crack
pipe", which iscommonly used to smoke "crack." As I retrievedthc pipe, Godden stated thatwas his "stcm" wMch isstreet term for drug
paraphernalia.
Gooden was arrestedfor violationof City Ordinance 33.06 (Open Container) and F.S.S. 893.147(1) for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. This
