way to plaintiff
by pullingout of a private
driveway highwayandmakingalefiturn
onto a public

2. The defendantwas careless, reckless,

been disabled from work since thecollision.

of theInsurance Law.
The plaintiffhas sustained permanent consequential limitationof use ofa
body organ or member. Specifically,the has

stiffness, a permanent
