TO THE HONORABLE JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
This MOTION FOR CONTINUANCE is brought by ROEL "ROBIE" FLORES,
Movant, on behalf of ROGELIO MORIN. Movant respectfully shows:
1. This case is presently set for a hearing on Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at 9:00
a.m.
2. Movant’s counse! did not provide notice to Petitioner Rogelio Morin in a timely
manner so that Petitioner, Rogelio Morin could give proper notice to his employer. IfMr.
Morin fails to appear as scheduled it can be detrimental to his employment status.
Movant’s counsel is requesting this hearing be reset within the next three (3) weeks in
order, for Mr. Morin to provide proper notice to his employer.
Therefore, we respectfully request this court to reset this case for an agreed date
as per the courts availability.
3. Movant's motion for continuance is not sought solely for delay but that justice may
be done.
Movant prays the court grant the motion for continuance be granted.
