MOTION FOR CONTINUANCE
This Motion for Continuance is brought by Timothy Nicholas Tassin,
Petitioner, who shows in support:
1. This case was filed in April 2021 and is presently set for trial on
October 25, 2021.
2. This request for continuance is the first request made in this case. The
request is made to permit ongoing discovery and to allow time to narrow the issues
in the case.
3. The parties are set for mediation on September 13, 2021. Should the
case not settle, the parties agreed to conduct additional discovery following that
date.
4. This continuance is not sought solely for delay, but so that justice may
be done.
