NICHOLAS SHEA and SAMANTHA SHEA, being first duly sworn, make this
affidavit in support of a Joint Petition for Divorce, pursuant to Massachusetts General
Laws, Chapter 208, Section 1A, and depose and say that an irretrievable breakdown of
the marriage exists in that:
We no longer are able to meet each other's needs for companionship;
We have attempted to resolve our conflicts, but have been unable to do so;
We last lived together in January 2021 and currently reside apart;
Despite our efforts, there exists an irretrievable breakdown of the marriage;
a FONDS
We both conclude that we cannot reconcile our differences.
