Since the Tentative Ruling was not contested, the Court confirmed the Tentative Ruling,
which became the final ruling of the Court. A true and correct copy of the ruling is attached
hereto as Exhibit “A.”
Accordingly, Plaintiff's Motion to Amend the Judgment is GRANTED. Plaintiff was

TENTATIVE RULING:
Plaintiff KC Funding, LLC’s unopposed Motion to Amend Judgment, filed 10-29-20, is
uses
GRANTED. Code Civ. Proc. § 187. There is no dispute here that Defendant Bita Imani also
the name Bita Safari; they are the same person. See 10-29-20 Volk Decl. and Ex. A thereto.
Accordingly, Plaintiff’s request to amend the Judgment to reflect both names is GRANTED.

If the tentative ruling is uncontested, it shall become the order of the Court. Thereafter,
for Plaintiff shall prepare a written order and judgment consistent with the Court’s ruling for the
Court’s signature, pursuant to California Rules of Court, Rule 3.1312, and provide written notice
