Discussion is had by the Court and the parties present regarding motion for modification of child support,
spousal support and daycare costs.
The Court calculates child and spousal support with findings as per printout attached.
The Court Orders:
The father to pay the mother the guideline sum of $526 per month as and for child support commencing
February 1, 2021. The father shall continue to pay for all of the daycare expenses. Child support shall be paid
half by the 5th and half by the 20th of each month.
Retroactive child support is ordered for the months of December 1, 2020, through January 31, 2021.
Arrearages to be paid at the rate of $100 per month commencing February 1, 2021.
The Court notes child support order is based on the father claiming the children for tax purposes.
The Court finds that based on child support order it’s not appropriate to modify spousal support order;
therefore, the Court denies request to modify spousal support.
The Court directs the Self-Help Center to prepare the Findings and Order After Hearing. The parties may
obtain a copy of the order at the Family Law Clerk's Office within two weeks.
