The settlement appears to be fair, adequate, and reasonable. The Court grants conditional certification to the proposed class for settlement purposes only. The Court appoints Plaintiff as the class representative and Simpluris, Inc. as the settlement administrator. The Court further appoints the Justice Law Corporation as Class Counsel. Additionally, the Court approves, as to form and content, Plaintiffs' proposed direct-mail notice.
