vacated, pursuant to CPLR 5015 (b), upon the filing and service of Masonry's answer and/or

2. The time for Masonry to appear and to answer, amend, supplement itsanswer as of
course, make any motion, or otherwise act with relation to the Third Third-Party Summons and
Complaint in thisaction, ishereby extended until October 7, 2020.
